Mansoura University Succeeds in developing a test for the early detection of Parkinson's disease
Mansoura University announced the first world's test for the early detection of Parkinson's disease, which is the first global test among all research and medical centers in the world.
Its worth to mention that the test is funded by the Academy of Scientific Research to develop a test for the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease based on blood analysis.
The preliminary results of the test were succeeded and published in several medical journals as Forontiers in neurology & Plos One
Based on the success of the test, offers were received from international research centers in Germany and Italy to cooperate with the Center for Experimental Medical Research and sending samples to conduct tests for analysis within the Center at Mansoura University.
This test is a global medical achievement, as there is no universal test to detect or diagnose early Parkinson's disease.
For his part Prof/ Mohamed kenawy – president of Mansoura University mentioned that the new test is a medical and scientific license to be added to the medical achievements record of Mansoura university research centers.
