Mansoura University is ranked second in the ranking of universities in the report of higher education on the progress of 14 Egyptian universities in the classification of US-NEWS
Mansoura University received second place at the level of public universities in the ranking (698) during the report presented by Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the progress of 14 Egyptian universities in the US-NEWS classification of the best 1250 university worldwide in 2018.
The report pointed out that the University of Cairo topped the Egyptian universities in the classification announced by the US-News, which ranked among the top 500 universities in the world, and ranked place 448 of the world's universities. Suez Canal (717), Ain Shams (729), Alexandria (745), Assiut (853), Al-Azhar (985), Zagazig (989), Tanta (1060), Helwan (1077) and Menoufia (1164).
