Mansoura University is Ranked the Second Place Locally among the Best Egyptian Universities according to University Ranking by Academic Performance Classification

Prof. Ashraf Abdel-Basset, the president of Mansoura University announced that the university was ranked a prestigious place among the best 1000 global universities according to University Ranking by Academic Performance as the university was ranked 534 among 3000 global universities and the second place locally among 33 Egyptian Universities which were listed on the classification.

He confirmed that the university being ranked this place is considered a progress that mirrors the uniqueness of the university among the Egyptian universities locally and internationally. This comes under a clear strategy to support and promote innovation, leadership and excellence as well as providing all capabilities for the digital transformation to reach globalization. Moreover, the university always seeks the academic excellence with all its types, and exerts efforts to continue achieving an international research place as well as developing the quality and type of the scientific research published internationally.

It is noteworthy that this classification depends on a number of factors that evaluate the academic performance and assess the quality of the research production of the universities according to information of the researches on the Web of Science which is considered one of the prestigious databases that offers a comprehensive information about the citations and references of the scientific and academic researches.
