Dr. Mohamed ElSergany- The Associate Professor at Mansoura University is Chosen to Supervise the Egyptian Cultural Bureau in Moscow-Russia
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a decree No. 817 in 1/3/2021 to assign Dr. Mohamed ElSergany- The Associate Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University to supervise the Egyptian Cultural Bureau in Moscow-Russia. It is noteworthy that Dr. Mohamed ElSergany has a bachelor of Agricultural Sciences from the Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University with a very good grade in 2002. Besides, he worked as a demonstrator at the Faculty of Agriculture in 2002, a lecturer in 2014 and an associate professor in 2019. He obtained his master's degree from the Russian Federal University, Moscow, Russia in 2008. He obtained his doctoral degree from the same university in 2012. He received the national academic course in 2018 for qualifying the youths to be a cultural counselors or attachés. Further, he took a number of positions as follows:
- A Member of the Cultural and Scientific Committee at the Association for Graduates of Soviet Union and Russian Universities.
- The General Head of Egyptian Students at the Egyptian Embassy, the Egyptian Cultural Bureau, Moscow.
- The Chief of General Union of Egyptian Scholars in Russia.
- Director of International Relations Office.
