Mansoura University ranks second locally in the Turkish University Rankings (URAP)

Mansoura University continues to achieve outstanding milestones in the international rankings, as Mansoura University succeeded in occupying second place at the local and regional levels in the University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) issued by Turkey. It also advanced 17 places compared to last year 2022, where it came in 417th place internationally in 2023.
Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, praised the efforts made to improve the university’s international ranking, which had the greatest impact on the university obtaining distinguished positions in many international rankings, and that the university pays great attention to international rankings, stressing the university’s continuous endeavor to advance the educational and research system. Emphasizing the importance of scientific research and its role in the progress and advancement of modern societies, which contributes to achieving sustainable development and Egypt’s Vision 2030.
The URAP ranking depends on precise evaluation criteria, as the university’s academic performance is considered based on 6 indicators, which are the rate and the total number of published research, the total number of citations, the total impact rate of published research, the total impact rate of citations, and international cooperation.
