A cooperation protocol between Mansoura University and Sadat Academy for Administrative Sciences

Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, signed a cooperation protocol with Sadat Academy for Administrative Sciences, headed by Prof. Mohamed Hassan Abdel Azim. In the presence of Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, Prof. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of Mansoura University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Tarek Ghalwash, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Walid El-Shenawy, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Tamer Saleh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education and Students.
In the presence of the Academy delegation, which included Prof. Muhammad Saleh Hashem, Vice President of the Academy for Training and Consultation Affairs, Prof. Anwar Mahmoud Al-Nakeeb, Dean of Sadat Academy for Administrative Sciences, Dr. Sania Abdel Hamid, Head of the Academy’s branch in Kernis, Dr. Mai Al-Nadi, Director of the Academy in Kernis, and Dr. Mustafa Hamed Musharraf, Training Supervisor at the Academy, and Ms. Heba Magdy, Secretary of the Academy branch in Kernis.
The protocol aims to exchange experiences and benefit from the capabilities available at Mansoura University to enrich scientific cooperation in the fields of scientific research, training and consultation.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Cherif Khater, said that the university welcomes all aspects of joint cooperation with various Egyptian academies and universities, praising Sadat Academy as one of the leading academies in the field of administrative sciences. He added that this protocol comes in implementation of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research, to achieve integration between educational institutions aiming to implement the state’s vision for sustainable development and achieve Egypt’s vision “Egypt 2030.” In addition to utilizing the capabilities of academic institutions, to provide training services to qualify students and graduates to meet all development needs at the Delta region.
Dr. Ayman Mukhtar expressed his great pleasure for this joint cooperation between Mansoura University and Sadat Academy to exchange scientific expertise to serve students and researchers from Dakahlia Governorate and other governorates, which will have a great impact on the educational process in Dakahlia. He added that Mansoura University is always a leader in the educational process thanks to its distinguished staff and always seeks to transfer its expertise to all universities, academies and institutes inside and outside Dakahlia.
The governor affirmed his full support for Mansoura University and Sadat Academy to continue their educational mission to enlighten and develop the minds of our students and researchers, enhance scientific research, and provide all logistical services and capabilities available to the governorate in order to develop the educational process in Dakahlia.
Prof. Mohamed Hassan Abdel Azim said that the Academy always seeks to bring about comprehensive development of society in the fields of university education, postgraduate studies, research, consulting and training through joint cooperation with various universities, praising the prestigious scientific position occupied by Mansoura University and the educational infrastructure it possesses, distinguished technology and staff in various specializations.
The terms of the protocol stipulate cooperation between the two parties, exchanging experiences, and exploiting the available capabilities represented by the Faculty of Law in providing training services and workshops for students and graduates. This is done through coordination and integration in the field of training and qualification for students and graduates, holding the necessary introductory seminars and workshops, and implementing related activities and events.
