Starting the electronic archive in the faculty of commerce

Within the frame work of Mansoura university strategy to become the first electronic governor university.
On Thursday 10th November 2016, prof / Mohamed Kenawy- president of Mansoura University, met prof/ Mohamed Atwa- Dean of the faculty of commerce, to start the activation of the electronic archive project.
Prof/ Mohamed Atwa, presented the new program and mentioned how distinguish it is, as it copies 120 papers a minute, saving documents with attaches, finds any document easily and by more than one way, saving time, effort, and papers.
Prof/ Atwa mentioned that the system contains all financial and administrative documents for the whole university.
The system also contains annual, semi-annual reports, and general report for all files and documents.
