Opening the "Modern Trends Conference to accredit medical faculties” Mansoura University

On Wednesday 16th November 2016, started the activities of the "Modern Trends Conference to accredit medical faculties" in the period from 16 to 17 November, under the auspice of prof/ Mohamed Kenawy – president of Mansoura university.
With the presence of prof/ Ashraf Abd Albaset – vice -president for graduate studies and research affairs, prof/ Saied Abd Alhady, Dean of the faculty of Medicine, and a set of staff members of Mansoura University.
The conference discussed a number of topics represented in the partnership between Mansoura faculty of medicine and Manchester, the newest of academic standards, promoting innovation in medical education, the student role in quality assurance and accreditation, the role of medicine in community, the post graduate programs, and evaluating the medical students to measure learning outcomes.
Prof/ Ahmed Mansour, assured the necessity of applying the quality assurance standards in education
Prof/ Seham Gad Alhak, pointed out that the faculty seeks to renew the accreditation and to accredit the Manchester medical program.
For prof/ Saied Abd Al Hady, quality means good work, which is the basic of all civilizations
Prof/ Ashraf Sweilam, assured the necessity of applying the quality standards, to help the graduates obtaining a good work opportunity.
Prof/ Ashraf Abd Al Baset, stressed the necessity of conducting such conferences for developing the educational process, pointing out that the university working on her graduates.
