Opening the sixth annual book fair – Mansoura University

On Sunday 20th November 2016, prof/ Mohamed Kenawy –president of Mansoura University opened the 6th annual book fair - General Administration for Libraries, in the period from 20 to 30 November.
With the presence of prof/ Ashraf Sweilam – vice-president for graduate studies and research affairs, prof/ Zaki Zidan- vice-president for community service and environmental development, prof/ Maha Al Shenawy – manger of libraries.
Eighty six, publishers in all fields engaging the fair, it includes the newest versions of books, scientific references, with 70% off for staff members and 50% off for students.
Not only publishers but also students are engaging the fair with their projects and scientific researches.
Twenty seminars are holding on the sideline of the fair.
Prof/ Ashraf Sweilam, pointed out the big number of publishers this year beside the low prices books in all fields.
He mentioned the advance rank of the digit library as it comes on the 3rd rank.
Prof/ Mohamed Kenawy, assured that the fair considers a good chance for researchers, beside the important role of the central library in facilitating and helping both researchers and students.
