Mansoura University discuss with the leaders of the Ministry of Health preparations for the launch of the third phase of the initiative of the President of the Republic to eliminate virus C
Dr. Mahmoud El Meligy, Vice President of Mansoura University for Community Service and Environment Development, held a meeting to discuss the preparations, mechanisms of cooperation and support of the Ministry of Health in the implementation of the third phase of the President's initiative to eliminate the virus C and detection of non-valid diseases under the slogan "100 million health".
Where the mechanisms of support and coordination with all concerned sectors and civil society organizations, trade unions and members of the House of Representatives in Dakahlia Governorate were discussed to implement the third phase of the national campaign to eradicate the virus, which will start in the governorate from 1 March to 30 April 2018, targeting approximately 3.3 million citizens in the governorate .
The meeting was attended by Dr. Saad Abdel Latif Mekki, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Prof. Farha Abdel-Aziz El-Shennawy, Chairman of the National Council for Women, Dakahlia, Prof. Magda Nasr, Member of the House of Representatives, Dr. Nisreen Omar, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Mr. Mahmoud Nabih, Member of the House of Representatives, Mr. Nabil El Gamal, Member of Parliament, Mr. Elsaied Abdel Fattah, Under Secretary of Ministry of Solidarity, Dr. Ibrahim El Zayat, Captain of Doctors in Dakahlia, Representatives of the Ministry of Health and pharmaceutical companies.
Dr El Meligy pointed out that the University will provide all forms of support and coordination with officials of the Ministry of Health in the governorate to implement the national campaign of the Ministry of Health to eliminate the virus, stressing that it is important to start Promotional campaigns and participation of all levels inside and outside the university to reach the expected goal of the campaign focuses on the readiness of the university to do its part to support the campaign and provide everything needed inside and outside the university with reference to the meeting to be considered a permanent meeting until the completion of the campaign successfully and achieve the desired goal.
