Stanford University named the most 2% influential scholars in many scientific fields thanks to their scientific researches and the rate of citations .
The results of the study named one of Mansoura University's son who is Dr. Mohamed ElHoseiny, lecturer in Information Systems at the Faculty of Computers & Information Sciences, on the list in the field of Communications and Information Technology.
The study depends on many factors including the power of publications, the number of citations of researches and the participation in reviewing and editing the scientific researches in well-known international journals.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Mohamed ElHoseiny received recently Mansoura University Encouragement Award and the Scientific Researches with Highest Rate of Citations Award at Mansoura University. Besides, he received a number of honors and other awards such as, the State Encouragement Award and the Union of Arab Scientific Research
