Furthermore, he presented the negative effects of corruption on economic level ( monopoly of goods with the support of some officials, and the budget deficit as a result of tax evasion ), social level (widespread unemployment, family disintegration, drug abuse and trafficking ) , the psychological level (the lack of loyalty to the state through the frustration of some citizens and their resort to extremism )and the legal level (the emergence of money laundering crimes and slow court procedures, and an attempt to obstruct it ).
He presented the national strategy for anti-corruption which aims at setting goals and strategies to ensure trapping it and activating a communal culture that fights it through two stages: the first (2014-2018) and the second (2019-2022) which strengthen the United Nations' trust to organize international anti-corruption day which will be held in December 2021 in Egypt with the attendance of 186 countries. He stated that this strategy achieved positive results through developing the legislative infrastructure that supports anti-corruption like the civil service law, investment law, the organized anti- crime law and human trafficking. In addition to modifying some laws of international authorities, adding some crimes, such as foreign exchange of the Administrative Control Authority, and the establishment of the National Academy for Anti-Corruption, in which a large number of Egyptians and non-Egyptians were trained in ways for anti-corruption. Moreover, he stressed on the importance of increasing societal awareness of the importance of anti-corruption by activating the role of students' activities, preparing the curriculum for universities under the title "Human Rights and Anti-Corruption" and organizing advertising campaigns to raise awareness of the importance of anti-corruption.
