Mansoura University Hosts the Events of the Indonesian-Egyptian Day
Today on Tuesday 15th December 2020, Mansoura University hosted the events of Indonesian-Egyptian Day during the visit of the delegation of the Indonesian embassy in Cairo to Mansoura University. This was held under the patronage of Prof. Ashraf Abdel-Basset, the President of Mansoura University and the leadership of Prof. Mohammed Attia ElBayoumy, the Vice-President of the University for Education and Students' Affairs.
Mr. Mohamed Aji Surya, the ambassador in charge d'affaires to the Embassy of Indonesia in Cairo, attended the events and was accompanied by the cultural, commercial, political, economic and educational attachés.
Dr. Hossam ElDin Mostafa, the General Supervisor of International Students Administration and Mrs. Sahar ElEraky, the director of International Students Administration supervised the events.
The events of the Indonesian day included handmade exhibition, cultural and artistic performances, Saman dance, reading Indonesian poetry, drumming dance, Balinese Dance, self-defense art (Silat), and lectures and seminars on Indonesia.
