President of Mansoura University receives a delegation from the Sports Education Sector of the Supreme Council of Universities

Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, received on October 27, 2024, a delegation from the Sports Education Sector of the Supreme Council of Universities, and the supervisor of holding doctoral qualification exams for students registered in all specializations at the Faculty of Physical Education at the university, for the academic year 2024-2025, in the presence of Prof. Tarek Ghalwash, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Ahmed Abdel Azim Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education. The delegation included Prof. Mohamed Sobhi Hassanein, former Vice President of Helwan University for Education and Student Affairs and current Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Sports, Prof. Fathy Neda, General Secretary of the Sports Professions and former Member of Parliament, Prof. Alaa El-Din Hamed Mustafa, former Vice President of Port Said University, Prof. Essam El-Din Metwally, former Vice President of Sadat University, Prof. Walaa Abdel Fattah, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Member of Parliament, and the Deans of Faculties of Physical Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Prof. Cherif Khater welcomed the PhD Qualifying Examination Committee and professors of physical education from all Egyptian universities, appreciating their role in enriching scientific research and sharing their scientific visions with researchers, and enhancing the role of faculties of physical education in linking graduates with labor market skills, wishing success to all PhD researchers applying for the qualifying examination in this committee.
Prof. Ahmed Abdel Azim, Dean of the Faculty, said that the Faculty of Physical Education does its best to provide competitive scientific, academic and sports services, and is keen to develop scientific research in line with international and global scientific research, and to employ a distinguished academic approach to develop skills and talents and create an integrated personality for researchers. Then the exams began in a conducive atmosphere, and the attendees praised the good organization and warm reception.
It is worth noting that the Faculty of Physical Education, accredited by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, is keen to be a pioneer in implementing the strategy for developing the quality of education in the sports sector, and advancing the sports field in the Arab Republic of Egypt in implementation of Egypt's Vision 2030.
