Opening of the 3rd Conference on Entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence

Prof. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumi, Vice President of Mansoura University for Education and Student Affairs, received Dr. Ashraf El-Araby, Director of the Education Directorate in Dakahlia Governorate on December 24, 2024, during the activities of the Third Conference on Entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence, hosted by Mansoura University, in cooperation with the Education Directorate in Dakahlia Governorate, and held under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University.

In the presence of Prof. Magdy Zakaria Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, Prof. Samah Tarek Hafez, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Commerce for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Eng. Sherif Antar Moussa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delta Association for Entrepreneurship.

A rich discussion took place on the sidelines of the conference, which addressed cooperation between the university and education through joint protocols to develop and improve the final product required to compete in global labor markets, namely the student, starting from the Children's University, and coordinating cooperation and exchanging experiences to modify and develop university programs to meet labor market requirements, use digital platforms and avoid their risks, and encourage students to engage in entrepreneurship and freelance work to meet the needs of society on the ground, and strive to raise the collective awareness of society and develop its culture towards entrepreneurship and freelance work.

Prof. Mohamed Attia stressed during his speech the importance of this conference in highlighting the role of technology and innovation in developing education, stressing the importance of cooperation in building a new generation of leaders and innovators capable of facing future challenges, and encouraging students to benefit from the opportunities provided by digital platforms, while paying attention to raising their awareness of potential risks.

Then, Dr. Ashraf Al-Arabi gave a speech in which he addressed the conference's objectives, applications, and benefits.

The lectures activities began on the conference topic and in conclusion, Dr. Essam Amara, Director General of General Education, presented the conference recommendations. The conference was attended by the Director Generals of the Directorate, the Directors and Undersecretaries of the Educational Administrations, a group of education leaders in Dakahlia, the Director of the Productive School Administration, the Projects Director (conference organizers), and school students from various types of general and technical education and the preparatory and secondary school stages.
