Mansoura University President meets with administrative leaders, general managers of university departments, and directors of accounting units, in the presence of the First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance in Dakahlia

The university president directs the necessity of applying governance mechanisms and implementing the plans set, calling for cooperation and teamwork in a team spirit to solve problems and achieve continuous progress for the university.
Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, held a meeting on January 9, 2025, with the general managers of the university departments, in the presence of Prof. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Mr. Saad Abdel Wahab, Secretary General of the University, Mr. Sayed Khaywa, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance in Dakahlia, and the assistant secretaries of the university, and directors of accounting units, to follow up on the mechanisms of administrative work at the university.
During the meeting, the President of Mansoura University discussed a number of topics and issues, including directing commitment to implementing instructions regarding the controls for performing mid-year exams for the academic year 2024/2025, and taking all measures that ensure the creation of an appropriate climate for students inside the committees, providing comfort, safety and support for them, and maintaining the calm and discipline of the committees. He also discussed the administrative work plans at the university, pointing to the implementation of governance mechanisms through the Governance and Internal Audit Committee, to ensure transparency and efficiency in performance, calling for cooperation and teamwork in a team spirit to solve problems and achieve continuous progress for the university. He stressed the need for field follow-up, as well as following up on the documentary cycle of the university's construction projects and maintenance plans, and ensuring the flow of financial flows in line with the timetables for their completion. In addition, he directed the need to activate emergency and crisis committees all the time to deal with any emergency, as well as follow up on faculty facilities to limit any damage that may result from weather fluctuations in the winter, as well as follow up on maintenance work, water drainage, and reviewing the roofs of all university buildings to prevent rain accumulation in a way that ensures safety measures and does not affect buildings.
Prof. Cherif Khater stressed the need to pay attention to raising the level of employees by training staff and creating administrators capable of assuming responsibilities, pointing out the importance of applying the principle of reward and punishment on the basis of justice and equality to ensure commitment and provide the best possible performance. He also stressed the need to direct care and attention to daily and temporary employees, who perform many administrative tasks and auxiliary services in various sectors of the university.
The President of Mansoura University expressed his great confidence in the ability of employees to achieve the university's goals, stressing the need to work side by side with a team spirit to complete the successes achieved by the university in all fields, and continue its progress at the local and international levels, stressing that the university's progress and leadership is the result of fruitful and organized collective work between all leaders and staff.
