Mansoura University President Participates in Iftar with University Dormitory Students

Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University participated on March,16,2025 in a Ramadan iftar meal with students of Hope University Dormitory, a friendly gathering that reflects the friendly atmosphere within the university community. He also inspected the quality of meals and services provided, as well as the food outlets in Hope University Dormitory for male students and Zahraa University Dormitory for female students.
The event was attended by Prof. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Tarek Ghalwash, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Mr. Saad Abdel Wahab, Secretary General of the University; Dr. Walid El-Tantawy, Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs; and Ms. Hiam Abdel Aal, Director General of University Dorms, in addition to a number of university dorms administration officials.
The University President expressed his pleasure to be among the students of the dormitory, stressing his keenness to enhance direct communication with them. He extended his congratulations to everyone on the advent of the holy month. He also held an open dialogue with the students, listening to their opinions on the quality and quantity of meals provided, their distribution schedules, and various aspects related to their lives on campus and their academic situation during Ramadan.
Prof. Cherif Khater affirmed the university administration's commitment to providing all possible support and care to its students and working to overcome any obstacles they may face.
The university president also praised the quality of the meals provided to the students and the efforts made by all those in charge of university dorms administration to improve the level of services provided. He asked the students to exert more effort and diligence to achieve success and excellence.
For their part, the students expressed their gratitude for this kind initiative, which reflects the university administration's concern for them and their participation in the atmosphere of the holy month of Ramadan. They hoped that such activities would continue, which foster a sense of belonging and effective communication.
