Signing a cooperation protocol between Mansoura University and the Leaders Foundation for Administrative Sciences and Development to prepare leaders in all fields
Prof. Abeer Zakaria, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, received on December 31, 2024, Dr. Ahmed El-Sherif, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Leaders Foundation for Administrative Sciences and Development, Dr. Mohamed Yehia Ghida, Secretary-General of the Leaders Foundation at the republic level, and journalist Ahmed Mohamed Abu El-Qasim, Deputy General Coordinator of the Foundation in Dakahlia, to sign a cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Nursing and the Leaders Foundation for Administrative Sciences and Development to prepare leaders in all fields, in the presence of Prof. Wafaa Fathy, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
The protocol was signed in accordance with the decision of the University Council in its session held in September 2024, by the Faculty on behalf of Prof. Abeer Zakaria, Acting Dean of the faculty and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and by the Foundation on behalf of Dr. Mohamed Yehia Ghaida, Secretary General of the Foundation, on behalf of Dr. Ahmed El-Sherif, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation.
This protocol came within the framework of the Faculty of Nursing's keenness to achieve the goals of sustainable development and prepare leaders in all fields through the QLP Leadership Preparation Project, and qualifying young leaders and cadres to assume administrative, parliamentary and local responsibility in the country, and in various aspects of life, in addition to developing the special capabilities of young people in various fields, as the project aims to raise a new generation that relies on science, knowledge, diligence, invention and innovation, in addition to spreading awareness among the Egyptian people and enhancing teamwork.
The protocol is scheduled to target cooperation between them through the energies, capabilities and potentials available to them, holding courses and programs to achieve the project's goals, holding public and educational conferences and seminars, participating in conferences at all levels, contributing to service work at the governorate level, and qualifying and training those wishing to apply for executive leadership positions in the state.
The protocol includes the proposed programs, including the Awareness Ambassadors Program, the Administrative and Senior Executive Leadership Program QLP, the Strategic Planning Program, National Security, the Media Program, Public Opinion Making, Fourth Generation Wars, the Technology Awareness Ambassadors Program, the Program to Raise the Efficiency of State Employees, the T.O.T Program, the 1000 Professional Leaders Program and the Role Model Citizen Initiative.
Prof. Abeer Zakaria expressed her pleasure with this cooperation, praising the efforts of the Leaders Foundation to support and empower youth and women in all fields.
Dr. Ahmed El-Sherif praised the efforts of the prestigious Mansoura University in various fields, whether scientific, medical, social or service, wishing for fruitful cooperation between the Faculty of Nursing and the institution.
